These terms of trade and delivery apply to the purchase of goods via www.sekundlim.com.

- Item ordering
Ordering items must be done via the website www.sekundlim.com. To order an item, place it in the “shopping basket”, after which it is possible to continue to the “checkout”. From here, the billing and delivery address can be specified as well as the payment method chosen before proceeding to the final confirmation. Upon the final confirmation of your order, you will see on the website the total price for ordered goods and delivery costs, and you will before the final submission of the order have the opportunity to correct any. error. After your confirmation of the order, you will receive an email with an order confirmation. It is important that you review the confirmation and inform www.sekundlim.com if the order confirmation does not match the order placed. - Prices and payment
All prices on www.sekundlim.com are stated in Danish kroner and including VAT and other taxes. All prices are daily prices and only valid on the day of booking.
Payment for orders does not take place until we have sent goods to you. Only when your order is shipped will the amount be deducted from your account. An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be deducted. The payment information you enter when purchasing goods is processed by QuickPay / NETS or PayPal / MobilePay via an encrypted connection (SSL), which only you and QuickPay / NETS or PayPal / MobilePay can read. Thus, no one else sees or stores your payment information.

- Delivery
www.sekundlim.com uses GLS as a delivery company in Denmark. The current delivery time for each product is stated on GLS’s website. If the item is not in stock or delivery is otherwise delayed, www.sekundlim.com will contact you about the further process. When ordering goods with different delivery times, the order will be shipped together.
Shipping costs to addresses in Denmark are the current GLS shipping prices, which can be found on GLS’s website.
If delivery can not be done due to insufficient indication of address, we offer to resend the order to a correct address. We reserve the right to charge shipping for the resubmission of the order.
For shipments abroad, we use PostNord, and there is a delivery time of 5-7 working days. Track & Trace can not be used for delivery addresses abroad, as PostNord delivers our goods as a regular letter post.
- Right of withdrawal
As a customer of www.sekundlim.com, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date the item is received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the following “Withdrawal form” must be used and the item must be returned to the address below without undue delay to:

Please note that it is not possible to send any return to www.sekundlim.com without delivery or unfranco.
If you have regretted your purchase, you will have to pay for the costs associated with the return. You bear the risk of the item from the moment you receive the item, and upon return you are responsible for the item being packed properly. You can also cancel your purchase by refusing to receive a shipment from www.sekundlim.com. However, this presupposes that you also notify www.sekundlim.com at info@sekundlim.com or via our “Cancellation form”
When www.sekundlim.com has received and found that the product is not defective or damaged and the original packaging has not been broken, we will send confirmation per. e-mail to you, and you will receive the amount you have paid to us for the item minus delivery costs for the first delivery. Unless you have instructed us otherwise, we will make the refund using the same means of payment that you used to make the payment of your order. The refund of your payment will take place without unnecessary delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received any. notification that you wish to cancel the purchase. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the item / items returned, unless you have previously provided documentation for the return.
– Impairment
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the product, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the product’s nature, properties and the way it works. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you examined it in a physical store. If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value. In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use.
Note that in some cases the original packaging may form a significant part of the value of the item. Therefore, if the original packaging is not returned in substantially the same condition as upon receipt, this can therefore be considered a deterioration of the total value of the item. Therefore, always remember to store the packaging until you are sure that you want to keep the item. For products in blister packs, it is important to decide if you want to keep the product or regret the purchase before breaking the blister pack. It is possible to examine the product without breaking the blister pack, so a damaged blister pack will be considered an impairment if it is an item that is not normally displayed for testing in a physical store.
- Complaints and complaints
The Purchase Act’s defect rules apply to purchases of goods. As a rule, you have a 2-year right of complaint from the receipt of the goods in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing. You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the error. If you complain within 2 working days after receipt of the goods, the complaint will always be timely.
If you believe that the item you have received is defective or otherwise defective, you have 2 options for complaint:
1 – If you have purchased the product in our store, you must return the product to the store within 2 working days after receipt of the item, after which the product will be exchanged provided that it is a justified complaint.
2 – If you have purchased the product on our website, you must fill out our “Cancellation form” within 2 working days after receipt of the item with a description of the defect / defect and a reference to the order number. We will then send a return label, which you must use to return the product. Once we have received your complaint, we will send you a new product provided that it is a justified complaint.
If the complaint about a returned item is unjustified, or a defect / defect can not be found, the customer must pick up the product himself. If the customer wants www.sekundlim.com to be responsible for returning the product, the customer must pay the cost of return.

Defects caused by incorrect use of the product, other damaging behavior or wear and tear are not covered by the right of complaint.

If you wish to submit a complaint to a public body about a product or service purchased from us, such a complaint can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby.
The European Commission’s online complaints portal can also be used to lodge a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here – http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting a complaint, you must provide our e-mail address.
These complaint rules apply to all items sold as distance selling (to private individuals) – this does not apply to items sold to B2B customers.
- Security and personal data policy
At www.sekundlim.com you can shop securely and your information will not be passed on to third parties. The information entered in a purchase, such as name, address, e-mail, telephone, etc., is only used for order processing.
All payments on www.sekundlim.com are made through a secure connection approved and verified by QuickPay / NETS or PayPal / MobilePay. All bank information entered is encrypted and only QuickPay / NETS or PayPal / MobilePay can read the information.
www.sekundlim.com does not store customer information encrypted and personal data is not transmitted encrypted when placing an order.
The personal information is registered at www.sekundlim.com and stored for a minimum of five years, cf. the Accounting Act. As registered in our systems, you always have the opportunity to object to a registration or request insight into the registered information, cf. rules in the Personal Data Act. www.sekundlim.com is not responsible for errors during installation or use of items purchased through www.sekundlim.com.
www.sekundlim.com is not liable to the customer for indirect losses, including loss of production, sales, profit, time or goodwill, unless caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
